Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use Sunday Reset.

Issue date: 10.10.2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Sunday Reset when you create an account. Your first two Sundays are free, no card needed; after that it's a paid subscription you can cancel at any time.

§ 1. About these terms

  1. Sunday Reset is run by Dawid Klimowicz, Wojska Polskiego 1, 78-200, Białogard, Poland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
  2. If anything here conflicts with rights you have under the consumer law of your country, those rights win.
  3. Questions: sundayresetmail@gmail.com.

§ 2. Your account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Your account is for you alone. Don't share it or let anyone else use it.
  3. Use an email address you can access. We need it to confirm your account and to verify requests about your data.
  4. Keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

§ 3. How Sunday Reset works

  1. One session a week.You can complete one session each week. The session window resets every week, in the time zone set on your account, and a week you skip can't be made up later. You can read your past sessions, progress and reports at any time. This limit is how the product is designed, not a fault, and it isn't a reason for a refund.
  2. Marcus is an AI.Marcus's responses are generated by an AI model from what you write. They can be wrong, incomplete or not right for you. Use your own judgement.
  3. Not therapy or professional advice. Sunday Reset is a tool for weekly self-reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, therapy, financial or legal service, and it is not a substitute for one. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.
  4. Reports. If your subscription is active, we prepare a quarterly and an annual report from your sessions. They are included in the price.

§ 4. Free trial, plans and payment

  1. Free trial.Your first two Sundays (two sessions) are free, and we don't ask for a card. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to keep using Sunday Reset. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
  2. Plans. We offer two plans:
    • Monthly: $7 per month, renewing every month.
    • Annual: $59 per year, renewing every year.
  3. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page.
  4. Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. For annual plans, we email you at least 7 days before each renewal.
  5. Your price is guaranteed. As long as your subscription stays active, your price never goes up. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
  6. Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still fails, your access to new sessions pauses until the payment goes through. Your history stays in your account.

§ 5. Cancelling and refunds

  1. Cancel any time in Settings → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your subscription won't renew. We don't refund the rest of a period you've already started, except as described in point 2.
  2. 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start the service straight away, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the days you used it. We send the refund within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method.
  3. To withdraw, email sundayresetmail@gmail.comfrom your account address. You can use this model text, but you don't have to:
    [address], sundayresetmail@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Sunday Reset subscription. Subscribed on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].

§ 6. Your content

  1. Everything you write in Sunday Reset stays yours.
  2. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you: saving your sessions, generating Marcus's responses and preparing your reports.
  3. We never use it to train AI models and never publish it without your permission. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

§ 7. Using Sunday Reset fairly

You agree not to:

  • try to access other people's accounts or data;
  • break, overload or get around the app's security, limits or payment;
  • copy, resell or build a competing product from Sunday Reset or Marcus's responses at scale;
  • use automated tools to send sessions or extract content;
  • use the service for anything illegal.

§ 8. Suspending or closing accounts

  1. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, try to get around payment or security, or are under 18.
  2. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close a paid account without a good reason, we refund the unused part of your subscription.
  3. You can close your account at any time by emailing sundayresetmail@gmail.com from your account address.

§ 9. Our responsibility

  1. We work to keep Sunday Reset available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on Marcus's responses, or for indirect losses.
  3. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

§ 10. Changes

  1. We may improve or change Sunday Reset over time.
  2. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we email you at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

§ 11. Law and disputes

  1. These terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
  3. If something goes wrong, please write to us first. Most problems can be solved by email.
